REFUND

The refund will be made via the same payment method used to make the purchase.

You will receive email confirmation of the return once it has been completed.

If you have not received a refund in your account after more than 14 days, please show the confirmation to your bank so that they can help you and speed up the process.

 

RETURN POLICY

1. Sale items, undergarments, accessories, socks, and beauty products are not eligible for return. If you are unsure about your item(s) eligibility, please email our customer service at Support@lord-official.com
2. Item(s) must be returned within 7 days upon receipt.
3. Item(s) must be returned unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, unused, and all with original tags attached.
4. Returned item(s) are subject to quality control. LORD reserves the right to refuse a return if the item(s) show any signs of wear, alterations, misuse, or damage.
5. LORD will not be help responsible for any damages or loss occurred during your return shipment process. We also highly recommend that you use a postal service with a tracking option to track your return parcel.
6. Unless a defective or wrong item(s) was sent to you, all are shipped at your own cost.
7. Item(s) can only be returned in exchange for store credit. LORD is unable to do a direct exchange as we are not able to guarantee the availability of the item/size you wish to exchange for.
