FREE STANDARD LOCAL SHIPPING

If you purchase RM300 and above, the shipping fee will be waived off. You will receive your order anytime within 7 working days (excluding weekends or holidays) from the date that payment is authorised and verified, not from the date that it is placed. After the payment has been verified and authorized , it can still take up to two days to process your order so that we can review your order information, process and prepare it for shipping. You will receive a shipping notification email that will notify you of the tracking number and the courier company we've used to ship your order.

MISSING TRACKING INFORMATION

Please allow at least one business day after your order is shipped for the tracking information to appear online / to be notifying you by email. If the tracking information does not update, and the expected delivery date has passed, please contact our Customer Care team so that we can assist you further.

 

UNSUCCESFUL DELIVERY

If your package is not successfully delivered and is sent back to Nerdunit by the courier company, we will contact you to provide the option of reshipment. Reshipment will be charged accordingly. The original shipping fee is not refundable.

 

HOW TO FIND A DELIVERED PACKAGE

Our email will notify you the tracking number and the courier partner that we used to deliver the parcel. You may log on to the stated courier service website and key in the tracking number provided to track your package.

If the tracking information states that your package was delivered, but you have not received it yet, we suggest taking the following steps:

  • Other than yourself, who could have received the package? Do you live with family or roommates? Do you have neighbors or a doorman? Please ask them if they received the package.
  • Was the package signed for? If so, do you recognize the name? Please ask them if they received the package.
  • Do you have a back or side door? Maybe you have a mailbox, mail room, or receiving office? If so, the package may be there.
  • Do you know your mail man or woman? If so, please ask them to confirm when and where the package was delivered.

Under the circumstances that you are still unable to locate your package, kindly contact us at support@lordlady.store so that we can assist you further.

Customs, taxes, duties, and collection fees may still apply. All duties and/or taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not collected by LORD LADY , nor are they included in the order total. Any applicable fees will be due upon delivery.

Under normal circumstances, you should receive your order anywhere from 5-10 working days (not including weekends or holidays) from the date that payment is authorized and verified, not necessarily from the date that it is placed. After we have authorized and verified your payment, it can still take up to two days to process your order so that we can review your order information, process and prepare it for shipping. This is just an estimate, though, and doesn't include weekends or holidays. You will receive a shipping notification email that will notify you of the tracking number and the carrier we've used to ship your order.

TAXATION & DUTIES

  • All international orders may be subject to taxes and duties.
  • We ship your package DDU, duties and taxes unpaid, and we do not collect nor do we calculate the VAT, duties and/or taxes during checkout.
  • Any fees that are due will be collected upon delivery of the order.
  • All applicable customs, taxes, import duties and collection fees are the responsibility of the customer (even if you refuse any shipments upon delivery).
  • Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package(s).
  • Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package(s), and in rare cases, they may also delay delivery.
  • Taxes and fees are based on many factors, including location, material, item value, etc.
  • The amount of taxes due is determined solely by the government.
  • Some countries may require additional fees paid Collect on Delivery (COD).
  • If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs.
  • These fees are paid to the local carrier and are not collected by us

 

 

REFUND

The refund will be made via the same payment method used to make the purchase.

You will receive email confirmation of the return once it has been completed.

If you have not received a refund in your account after more than 14 days, please show the confirmation to your bank so that they can help you and speed up the process.

 

RETURN POLICY

  1. Sale items, undergarments, accessories, socks, and beauty products are not eligible for return. If you are unsure about your item(s) eligibility, please email our customer service at Support@lordlady.store
  2. Item(s) must be returned within 7 days upon receipt.
  3. Item(s) must be returned unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, unused, and all with original tags attached.
  4. Returned item(s) are subject to quality control. LORD LADY reserves the right to refuse a return if the item(s) show any signs of wear, alterations, misuse, or damage.
  5. LORD LADY will not be help responsible for any damages or loss occurred during your return shipment process. We also highly recommend that you use a postal service with a tracking option to track your return parcel.
  6. Unless a defective or wrong item(s) was sent to you, all are shipped at your own cost.
  7. Item(s) can only be returned in exchange for store credit. LORD LADY is unable to do a direct exchange as we are not able to guarantee the availability of the item/size you wish to exchange for.
